Overview
The Loyalty Program is a customer-reward program that is available to eligible customers who create a membership account in the United States by visiting www.nezzhafit.com and complete the Loyalty Program Account registration form.
Eligibility & Registration
The Loyalty Program is open only to residents of the United States. You must provide us with all required information to register for a Loyalty Program Account. A first and last name, mailing address, valid email address and phone number are required to set up a Program Account on a Site. Additional information, such as your birthday, will be required to receive some of the Program’s benefits. When you enroll in the Loyalty Program and create a Program Account, you are agreeing to receive e-mail messages related to the Program from Nezzha European Brands, Inc. Members who have opted-out of receiving marketing emails will not be able to receive messages about their Program Account. There is a limit of one Loyalty Program Account per member/email address/phone number.
You can participate in the Loyalty Program only under one account.
Program Account Closure/Termination
You may elect to close your Program Account at any time by contacting our customer service center 1-888-963-9942 or e-mailing info@nezzha.com. Upon any closure or termination of your Loyalty Program Account, any Reward Certificates associated with your Program Account will automatically be forfeited.
Your participation of a Program is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or otherwise change any aspect of the Program.
We will notify you of changes to these Program Terms by posting them to the Sites, notifying you by email to the email address then associated with your Loyalty Program Account.
Information collected about you in connection with your Program Account and the Program is subject to the Nezzha European Brands, Inc Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we use and share your information.
